It is an agricultural and livestock farm of 50 hectares, where cows, donkeys and purebred Spanish horses are bred.
The establishment, of traditional Menorcan architecture, has been completely refurbished in 2013 and has 8 double rooms with private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. It has an outdoor swimming pool with hammock area, outdoor patio with pergola, garden with lawn, where you can enjoy the sun, covered barbecue where you can prepare your own meals.
The farm is dedicated to the breeding of Charolais cows for meat consumption, as well as the breeding of donkeys and purebred Spanish horses. Guests can enjoy breakfasts with fresh products from the farm, such as sausages prepared on the farm, as well as typical products of Menorca.
Energetically self-sustainable through renewable energies, the Agroturismo Biniai Nou has hot water through solar panels, and heating in all rooms and common areas produced with wood boiler.
The property has an archaeological site (Hypogeum), where the oldest human remains were found to date on the island. This site is part of the Candidacy of Menorca Talayotic presented to UNESCO, hoping to be declared World Heritage of Humanity.
Biniai Nou has free parking and is located 5 km from Mahon, the airport and the port. Because of its location the nearest beaches are only 5 minutes away.
